Next BPO Solutions, Inc. has been selected to receive the “International Arch of Europe Award for Quality and Technology in the GOLD Category”. The presentation of the Award will be held during the ceremony at the Business Initiative Directions (B.I.D.) International Convention for Quality in Frankfurt, Germany on April 27th and 28th, 2013.
Next BPO Solutions was selected through a system of votes, polls and recommendations. Companies awarded in previous years have the privilege of voting for companies that they know or with which they have business relations. It is a secret vote. Companies who wish to apply for a B.I.D. award have the opportunity of voting through the polls that the organization sends by mail. Business Initiative Directions also carries out telephone polls among regular clients and companies with which it works. They respond to B.I.D. questions and give their vote. Another form of voting is through the form available on the B.I.D. web page, through which a company from any country can propose a candidate from any part of the world.
Next BPO Solutions has been voted for by presidents, managers and management personnel of companies oriented towards quality and who admire the company and believe it to merit this award. The quality award is unique as it is given mostly to Fortune 500 and large multinational companies. Thus, it puts Next BPO Solutions’ service quality at par with international standards.
The 26th International Arch of Europe Convention, which is part of the annual program of B.I.D. Awards, will take place in the InterContinental Frankfurt Convention Hall of Frankfurt. Companies from 72 countries will gather to receive the International Arch of Europe Award. This recognition is based on the criteria of the QC100 quality model, implemented in over 100 countries, and will be sponsored by ImarPress with 26 publications.
Business leaders will present their companies for an international audience and will participate in conferences regarding quality case studies in companies in search of quality and excellence. The event will be covered by international reporters for television and print media.

This is the second international award to be received by Next BPO Solutions. It was conferred its first international award with “Leadership and Excellence in Outsourcing” which it will receive at the Asia BPO Summit 2013 at Taj Lands End, Mumbai, India on February 14, 2013.
